Additional Images from Epstein's Property Released by Democratic US Legislators

Development plans for Epstein's personal tropical island featured within the images.

Also included in this recent image release appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.

The financier acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.

This visual evidence suggest he had formulated plans to develop the 161-acre island by erecting living quarters, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.

Visible on the plan is a channel, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the south-eastern section.

The site plan is marked up in notations in red and features a legend labelling different sections of the land.

Accompanying this are what appear to be nine other property layouts and engineering blueprints, featuring layouts for marina coverings.

More materials disclosed as part of the ongoing oversight disclosure.
