Iran is willing to resume atomic talks with the United States provided that it is treated with "dignity" and "honor", Iran's foreign minister has declared.

Abbas Araghchi said solely negotiations worked, and shared recent overtures had originated from intermediaries to resume talks with the American leadership. He said Iran possessed no secret atomic facilities, and Tehran had not yet reached a point to allow the global atomic watchdog to visit bombed nuclear sites for security reasons.

Navigating a Complex Route

Araghchi is treading a difficult path since Iran does not want be seen to be operating from a position of disadvantage, and he insisted repeatedly that Iran had arisen stronger militarily and psychologically from the joint assault on its enrichment centers in June.
